When booking an appointment at IAMLILYG Hair Studio, you may call us directly during salon hours so one of our stylists can book you in, alternatively, you have the option to book online.
If you're unsure on what service you want to book in, please give us a call or book in for a complimentary consultation where we can discuss exactly what you're after and ensure you have been booked in correctly.
We will require your card details when booking with us. Your card will NOT be charged. By doing this, you are agreeing to our 'No Show' & Cancellation policy. Your information is stored via TimelyPay which is PCI compliant... What does this mean for you? This means your information is 100% safe with us.
Any cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 30% fee of your booking charged to the card you have provided. Our stylists will do their best to contact you via phone call if we don't receive a response after your confirmation text is sent out. We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments at anytime so please keep your contact details up to date with us.
Before booking an appointment with us, new hair extension salon guests are required to attend a complimentary consultation to ensure a thorough hair assessment is carried out. This will also give you the opportunity to ask your hair stylist any questions or share any concerns you may have before proceeding to the next step.
We will require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking your appointment after your consultation. The deposit amount will depend on the amount of hair required and is to secure your appointment. This deposit is taken off the total amount once the service has been carried out by your hair stylist.
You will receive a reminder text 48 hours in advance to confirm your appointment. IAMLILYG Hair Studio reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments at anytime so please keep your contact details up to date with us. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to reschedule. Any changes made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
A change of mind after your hair has already been ordered will also result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Should you wish to supply your own weft or tape hair, IAMLILYG Hair Studio stylists will do their best working with unfamiliar hair brands but will not be held responsible in the event of an unexpected result. A waiver must also be signed prior to any new extension service being carried out. We have a strict No Refunds policy with salon guests using outsourced hair.
In the event that you are not happy with your hair due to hair condition or application, you must contact your hair stylist and visit the salon within a 1 week timeframe to show the results of the hair. If you do not contact or visit the salon within this timeframe, IAMLILYG Hair Studio will not be responsible for any cost involved to rectify the hair extensions. All cost will be your own responsibility.
IAMLILYG Hair Studio Hair Stylists are qualified in Weft & Tape Hair Extensions, unfortunately at this point in time we do not offer services for any other type of extension.
We require a minimum of 24hrs notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. If the appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice your chosen card will be charged with a 30% fee. However, if you have contacted us prior to 24 hours notice, your appointment will be rescheduled to your chosen date or cancelled without the 30% fee.
We will send you a text reminder to confirm your appointment at least 48hrs prior to your appointment. Please use this as your opportunity to cancel or reschedule, should you need to do so. You may do so by replying to the text or giving us a call.
No shows will be noted and will be required to pay 50% deposit on their next visit.
IAMLILYG Hair Studio currently offer payment via EFTPOS, cash, Afterpay & Zippay. Unfortunately at this point in time we do not offer American Express.
To ensure our stylists run on time, please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. If you are running late, please let us know via phone call so we can adjust your appointment accordingly. Please be aware, we offer a 15 minute grace period with late arrivals resulting in a cancellation or shortened appointment. If your appointment does need to be cancelled due to late arrival, this may result in a 30% cancellation fee being charged.
If you are unwell, please let us know within the required 24 hours notice. Due to the current circumstances with COVID-19, IAMLILYG Hair Studio reserves the right to turn away any clients who are visibly unwell. As a COVID-19 safe salon, we pride ourselves in ensuring all of our staff and salon guests are provided with a clean and sanitary environment.
To prepare for your up and coming appointment, please arrive with unwashed hair, as well as any inspiration photos you may have that you would like us to discuss re-creating for you.
